Monica adores representing current homeowners ready to sell, and ambitious buyers ready to call Maine home. A Boston business school graduate with a degree in marketing, she’s built her business around finding creative solutions and strategies that help clients achieve their financial and home ownership goals.

Raised along the coast, Monica understands the endless benefits Maine has to offer across every season. And having worked in several Maine communities, she has a strong understanding of what each region has to offer. She’s also a community volunteer, runner, boater, and an avid explorer—all feeding into her motto: “Live Where You Love, Love Where You Live.”

Monica is proud to be a partner at Waypoint. After living in South Portland, Falmouth, Monica and her husband, Kris, and daughter, known as Smiley, call Cape Elizabeth home.
